Books are a big part of
our lives. From the time we are little all the way through our lives we are
reading or have reading done for us. Many of us have been taken on wild
adventures into Distant times or spent time with fairy tales growing up. Now we
read romances, mysteries, histories and more. The genres vary in both books
from when we were young and books we read as adults but the result is the same.
We are entertained and taken away from our everyday lives to spend time in the
places our books take us. We seek out these books in stores, online, and in
libraries.
But last year a new place
to discover a new book or a new author appeared on the court house lawn in
Mercer County Pennsylvania. It was where a small group of local authors
gathered to share their books and to promote reading.
This year on July 23,
2016 starting at 9 am until 3 pm, many local authors will once again gather
there waiting to meet you. They will be bringing with them adventures and
entertainment in the form of books for all ages.
Come and experience the
many wonders that await you with in the books, meet the authors who crated them
and enjoy a day of discovery reading with your family.
